What an exquisite location for a residential building: situated in the heart of Bad Aibling yet surrounded by tranquility and natural splendor. Our design is less of a traditional house and more of a multi-layered landscape. Every apartment is entirely enveloped by its own private outdoor space. The shape of our building delicately traces the contours of the plot. Subtle curves and terraces establish a true connection between the architecture and the natural surroundings. Moreover, an elegant framework of vertical wooden beams adorns the exterior of the building, imparting a unique character while offering privacy and protection within. Come the evening, the appearance of the structure is transformed through a subtle lighting concept that emanates a welcoming warmth into the surrounding environment.
