Mixed Use Development Wadsworth Village
Expanding an Historic Village
Wadworth Village was created in the 1980’s through the relocation and adapted-reuse of seven 19th century farmhouses, barns, and a schoolhouse into a picturesque mixed-use park. Today the village is invigorated by the addition of three new mixed-use buildings that provide modern amenities while creating a complimentary aesthetic dialogue with the existing historic context. On the ground floor new commercial spaces will flow into the common courtyard between the building, while the open floor plans of the residences in the upper floors flow outward on balconies and terraces capturing daylight and views of the conservation area to the south.
